Jim Apostle is an independent consultant who has worked for over twenty-five years in the public and voluntary sectors. His areas of specialization include strategic policy, resource analysis, and evaluation in the health, education and social sectors, Aboriginal programs, and the environment. His projects have ranged in scope from local to provincial, national, and international. Jim has exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated abilities as a leader of multi-disciplinary teams in large and complex projects. His particular strength is the ability to address difficult issues of a policy or technical nature in a way that facilitates decision-making by senior management. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
