Strategic Planning

KTA is engaged in strategic planning for:

  • Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Society
  • Children’s Aid Society of the Districts of Nipissing and Parry Sound.
  • Kenora and Rainy River Districts Child and Family Services

Providence Healthcare

KTA is assisting Providence’s Board with a comprehensive governance review and the development of Governance Plan.

Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada

KTA is providing facilitation services and strategic advice for improving Estates Management.

BOOST and the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto

KTA is working with 10 partner agencies across disciplines on the governance and planning for a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre for the City of Toronto.

Ministry of Education

KTA is managing and facilitating education discussions on behalf of the Ontario Government with the Anishinabek Nation and the Government of Canada.
